FURNACE RADIANT TUBES

Radiant Tubes are used in a part of the furnace in the Galvanizing Line. They are assembled as lower and upper groups in different numbers according to the capacity of the galvanizing line in the furnace area where combustion takes place. It has the most important role in increasing the furnace temperature by burning the mixture of air and natural gas in this tube with a suitable burner and in the annealing process of the produced strip according to gain its desired mechanical properties. The radiant tubes resist high temperatures for a long time, provide rapid transmission of the combustion heat generated in radiant tubes to the environment and strip and at the same time use natural gas efficiently. Considering these, it can be manufactured in different forms and by using different material types by giving the shape of a tube from cast or flat material.
